B) Please send us the design you would like us to make it for you, or discuss the idea with us we can also design it for you.

C) We make jewelry using, Moissanite or Sapphire or any other gemstones as required by you. We can make jewelry in 925 Silver, 10K, 14K, 18K and in Platinum. We can make it in White, Yellow, and Rose Gold.

D) We will send you CAD before we make the ring and send you images of a completed ring.

We advise you to do the following things to keep them lasts forever
A. Please do not wear the ring at the time of workout to avoid accidental damage, while using hairspray and perfume.
B. Keep your ring away from chemicals.
C. Do not get your ring in contact with Nail polish remover
D. You can use Nail polish remover to clean the stone but avoid making contact with metal.

No, You cannot change the address once the item is shipped out, as SparklerJewels doesn’t have its own shipping facility, We will not be responsible for any loss of parcel that occurs due to a wrong address.
